  Olympic rental prices starting from February ????

  Someone has just posted the following on another forum which I also help to moderate (Beijing Expat and Chinese Community Forum - http://www.beijingcommunity.com).

  Is there anything that can be done to stop greedy landlords? Or is the only solution to change apartments?
