A friend of mine is looking for a small office (35 - 50sq.m) suitable for three people.

Preferred location between Dong Si Shi Tiao / Dongzhimen to Guo Mao.

Must include a window.

Easy access to subway desired.

Available budget 5 - 7,000RMB/month (including heating, management fee and AC)
