TRAVEL IN CHINA MADE EASY!
One2Call, China’s largest telephone based interpretation and advisory service, launches the Travel Assistance Card at Beijing Capital International Airport.
(Beijing, January 10, 2008) With the new One2Call Travel Assistance Card, travellers can call One2Call from anywhere in China for immediate telephone based interpretation, personal assistance, travel advice and emergency support services. 2 cards are available; 30 minutes calling time for RMB 200 (approx. €20) and 2 weeks unlimited calling time for RMB 500 (approx. €50).
One2Call Travel Assistance Cards are now for sale at the China Mobile booths in the international arrival hall of Beijing International airport. “We are exited about our cooperation with One2Call. We experience the need for a service like this daily and One2Call has proven to offer the highest levels of service”, according to Ms. Han, Manager of Beijing Konggang Xinhao Ltd, who operate the China Mobile booths at the airport.
“With the fast growth of foreigners visiting China, the need for our services is increasing rapidly” says Jim van Drunen Littel, Co-Founder and CEO of One2Call. “While many foreigners initially purchase our services for phone interpretation and emergency help, the advisory and personal assistance services quickly prove invaluable once they realise how challenging it is to travel in China”.
One2Call started its Chinese operations in 2007, helping thousands of foreign residents and travellers with telephone-based assistance. Supported by the largest database of its kind, with over 15,000 selected places of interest in the 13 major cities, One2Call’s English speaking consultants interpret for foreigners and give detailed advice on the best restaurants, shops, sightseeing or medical help. They will also make reservations and travel arrangements or fulfil any other request that can be dealt with on the phone.
