  New as Expat in Beijing

  Hi,
  
  since 1. April I'm now for approx. 2 years in Beijing. I already lived several month in the last 4 years in Beijing for the public opening of Metro Line 8 and 10. During the next two years I will now be handling the extension of these two lines.
  
  At the moment I'm looking for an apartment and I'm a little bit disappointed about the real estate agents here. I'm actually in contact with three different companies (Full Home China, Bel & Well Property International und Super City) and they all behave in a very unstructured way. Just to let you know if you are looking for real estate agencies.
  
  By the way: I'm looking for 1 to 1 chinese lessons. If someone has experience with language institutes or private teachers/students, I would be very thankful for every feedback.
