  "Turning management outside-in!" - A new BBTN white paper

  The BBTN has just published our white paper No. 14. We think it is important. We believe it is a big deal! With this paper, we finally turn common notions of how to design and manage organizations upside-down, or, more procisely: Outside-in! - because at the end of the transformation process that our companies require, "upside" and "downside" in our organizations will cease to exist. And people will work in what we call "develoved networks".
