The B-FIT Think Tank provides a mechanism for academics and business professionals interested in banking, financial services and related industries to research, discuss, and communicate the latest ideas about how to innovate and transform to improve performance. B-FIT provides virtual and physical communities that interact with each other and other groups with common interests. Members specify their main areas of interest and may participate in research, working groups and events or simply subscribe to newsletters. Each new member completes a short questionnaire about his or her areas of interest or expertise to enable the group to focus on the priority interests of members. Members are also polled from time for their opinions on topics of special interest.
