    hi all,

    i have joined my previous university to launch a MLP program (not NLP), which details about the managerial and leadership skill. for my role, i would be mentor, but wanna proceed to be a coach.

    i really appreciate the concept from oxfam, teaching the fishing method rather than give fish to the poor. that's why i am practising to be a coach.

    have you read certain kinds of book about coaching?

    hi,
    time and Money written by martin Sage and Sonja Becker, is a book for entrepreneurs and gives coaching skill also in business, how to build teams and start projects..

    'Coaching im 21 jahrhundert' written by Martin Sage and Sonja Becker has just come out but is in German... but a great book, maybe it will appear in English next year.

    Good luck, and wish you to be a great coach and mentor for many in Hong Kong.
