The Black Swan - Nassim Nicholas Taleb
Definitely a must read to get fresh thinking about management in real world uncertainty and to expose established mindsets about predictability.
Taleb writes in an entertaining and aggressive - sometimes maybe arrogant - style. Great read, eye opening, but you have to have an open mind for views that challenge everything the world of business, economics and politics has believed in.
