  READ THIS BOOK!
  
  It is so refreshing to have a salv for the endless arguments I see regarding new technology and how it must just work if only you can build it!
  
  The premise of the change function is just brilliantly simple which is that if its new and you build it, whatever it is, it had better solve someone compelling pain with less hassle than the pain is causing if you want it to sell.
  
  Applied to XING we see a site that is pretty easy to use and adopt, that solves multiple business pains the foremost being "How do I expand and manage my useful business network without having to go out and be 'Networking' all the damn time."
  
  In other words XING allows people, among other things, to get access to all the contacts of their contacts and not get inundated with spam.
