  Customer Service Advisor – Germany/Hamburg
  
  Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to be based permanently in Germany for one of our clients, a leading International Automotive Specialist.
  
  The position
  
  You will have the opportunity to join a team of highly successful and ambitious customer service advisors who demonstrate on a daily basis a quality of service.
  
  Daily tasks will include explaining our repair procedures and other options to customers and troubleshooting technical problems where necessary.
  
  You will also need to liaise with the workshop for progress on repairs and stock availability to give customers the most up to date information.
  
  Responsible for invoicing completed jobs, you will also be expected to work with a high level of accuracy at all times.
  
  The person
  
  We are looking for the following qualities:
  
  · Fluent German/English
  
  · Experience working within a fast-paced Customer Service role, answering high volumes of incoming calls and working to targets
  
  · Educated to A-level standard with a valid driving licence
  
  · An excellent telephone manner
  
  · Self-motivated and ambitious
  
  · Excellent computer skills with a high level of accuracy
  
  · Previous experience of working in the automotive industry or a passion for cars would be an advantage.
