  Start your own Offshore company in Dubai and save your money and assets

  An Offshore, International Company is commonly set up in a tax haven , where there are no corporate or personal income taxes, capital gains taxes, reporting requirements, or restrictions on company employment policies. The main restriction is that the company, being exempt from all local taxes and restrictions, may not conduct business within the tax haven itself.
  
  Benefits of setting up an Offshore company in UAE, for example in RAK Free Trade Zone:
  1. Company setup is highly cost-effective
  2. Absolute privacy, confidentiality and protection of assets and information
  3. 100% foreign ownership
  4. Ability to maintain bank accounts in the UAE
  5. Option for choosing the law
  6. Ability to issue multiple classes of shares

  10. Own real properties in the UAE
  Although all UAE companies need to follow UAE law, the RAK FTZ permits an International Company - RAK to decide which law it wants to be applied for inheritance, disputes, and any other legal matter (the preferred law must be cited in the Memorandum and Articles of Association).
  
  Despite the general prohibition on International Companies conducting business with persons residing in the UAE, International Companies can hold shares in both offshore and onshore UAE companies (i.e. local LLC companies). The International Company can own any real property in the UAE.
  
  The International Company can hold a bank account in the UAE, for the purpose of conducting routine operational transactions and can also maintain professional relations with legal consultants, accountants and other similar persons carrying out business within the UAE. The International Company, however, will not be allowed to carry out business with UAE residents or any trade in the free zone or in the UAE unless it has first obtained the appropriate license from the relevant authority.
