    The product “AURUM XXI“ includes the following services:

    21 purchase contracts for Gold Bullion Coins with a value of 4.800,00 € each and with the form of contract “accumulation”. The deposit of 100,00 € per purchase contract, in total 2.100,00 €, is included in the purchase price of AURUM XXI. These contracts are not submitted to a temporal limitation and are structured as follows:

    15 contracts in form of a 15 pieces block fill the normal contract structure where the purchaser completely can decided himself;
    6 contracts automatically fill the contract structure of Securitas Aurum from above to below y from the left to the right.
    For the purchase of the gold bullion coins the General Standard Terms and Conditions of Securitas Aurum are valid. Access to the Customer Support System (CSS) free of charge and by this to all tools within the CSS for the complete period of contract relation;
    Participation in the „AURUM XXI-Pool“ (AX-Pool). The following receipts fill that pool:

    21 % of all receipts from the yearly fees for the Customer Support System (CSS);
    21 % of all yearly net profits from the Securitas Aurum Gold shops;
    21 % price reduction on the issue price of the shares of Securitas Aurum. This special purchase price for future shares of Securitas Aurum only is possible for the owners of the AURUM XXI.
    For the AX Pool, a separate accounting department within Securitas Aurum was opened, where the economic interests, especially the capital of that pool, can be distinguished. The AX Pool is administrated in separate form and controlled by an independent certified public accountant.

    This AX pool is limited to a number of 2100 AURUM XXI customers.

    A dividend payout is made to all owners of AURUM XXI (share and share alike) who are in legal possession of that product for at least 6 months twice each calendar year on the first working day after 01st of July and 01st of January.

    Neither this product can be considered be a capital investment, nor by buying the „AURUM XXI“ the customer purchases any shares of Securitas Aurum.

    The General Standard Terms and Conditions of Securitas Aurum are valid.
