  The market conditions have never been more advantageous for buyers; inventory is grand and interest rates are at
  historic lows. We keep hearing "Now is the time to buy" and even Retail is expected to recover :

  As you may know new construction has tremendously slow down and experts are saying that the next real estate problem could be a shortage of homes.
  Wouldn't you like to be the one buying now in this market climate and selling when the economy recovers?
