Document managment / Knowledge management
We are in train to improve our Document management and knowledge management module in our Corporate Portal,

Do you have any patherns or suggestions for us how we should design this module,

We just implements common repository where different types of documents like electronic documents and scan documents are store within one repository,

Documents can be searched, store in catalogues and create workgroup over this,

This documents we also able to publish within CMS system,

Repository is an old idea but always very good,
