Political statement or celebration of art? Confucius makes a stand on Tian An Men Square
Asia Times Online comments the recent setting up of a statue of Confucius on Tian An Men Square, next to the large picture of Sun Yat Sen, both now facing Chairman Mao's portrait. No celebration of art, says Asia Times Online, rather a political statement:
