"United breaks guitars"...
... and Air China doesn't?! As someone who has got to fly a lot and who also playes guitar this story and especially the song/video really hurts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YGc4zOqozo Luckily I never had to bring my guitar on the plane. But it's still amazong what the airlines are able to do to suitcases, bags, backpacks, etc.
