We are an Austrian architecture and designing company, specialized on Hotel, Restaurant, Wellness & SPA design. Our main philosophy is to create Architecture for all senses. Our company established in 1991 and is located in the beautiful city of Salzburg. From our main office in Salzburg, the heart of Austria we are serving our clients in Austria, the neighbor Lands of Austria and also international projects all over the world.

As we have started our Business in this new special kind of Architecture, we have been one of the first designing companies, who matched the market at the beginning of the worldwide wellness & spa design development.

In the meantime we have achieved more than 100 projects in Hotel design in Austria and around Austria’s neighbor countries. In assistance to our special skills we could among others create new Hotel buildings with special concepts for Wellness & Spa, the Expansion of several Hotels with new developed philosophies in balance of Health – Fitness and Wellbeing and many rebuilding’s of existing Hotels and other gastronomical projects with our special design.

We have been established our designing team including concept – planning, construction designing, interior design and project management - including cost and material controlling with all services which are necessary to realize a successful and profitable property. Our business services mainly focusing on rebuilding from existing hotels into a modern and fancy style Design hotel and introducing the newest technology in energy saving priority.

We were been well established our reputation in the design industrial in Austria and neighbor countries, such as Hungary, Italy, Germany and Switzerland.

Aside our main business in Austria, we expanded our business now also in China / Beijing and Hungary / Budapest.
