  recertification of CCNP

  Hi,
  
  did someone know, if the recertification was changed with the new certification procedure of CCNP?
  Before I had to do an new test every two years and then I was recertified.

  the recertification procedure didn't change. All Cisco certifications except the CCIE and the Specialist certifications have to be recertified every 3 years. You will only have to pass one professional level exam or the CCIE Written to recertify your CCNP. It doesn't matter in this case if you are going to sit a CCNP, CCVP, CCSP or CCIP exam like 642-642 QOS for example.
