Job Summary
Be responsible for providing multi-functional HR support including employee recruiting, training,
relations, benefits administration, government affairs liaison and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Analyze company requirements and potentials, define and implement new recruitment.
Conduct research, interviews and recommend the qualified candidates.
Support Zurich office with all HR related issues.
Conduct employee survey for Zurich office.
Maintain an effective relationship between Zurich office and the headquarter in China.
Other responsibilities assigned by HRD.
Requirements
1) Local resident with Bachelor degree.
2) At least 3 years working experience in HR field, solar industry is preferred.
3) Fluent in English and excellent communication skills in mother language. Chinese is preferred but not a must.
4) Experienced in recruiting.
5) Motivated, target-driven, easygoing personality and quick learner and team player.
