Responsibilities:
- Capture market opportunities and meet customer’s expectations.
- Increase market share for the company.
- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPI.
- Provide insights into market trends to support Business Development team.
- Support marketing activities and market communications.
- Build and demonstrate understanding between the market and industry.
- Travel frequently to visit existing and potential customers.
- Suggest and implement action plans to reach the Quartly and Annual targets of the company.
Requirements
- Local resident.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Two to three successful experience in sales and commercial activities.
- Experience in PV Solar.
- Strong business acumen.
- Successful execution of sales targets.
- Experience in management to become a leader in the future.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented and team player.
- High level of customer orientation and empathy.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
