Technical Department
Responsibilities:
- Contact person for all technical related questions from our partner/customer’s side. - Arrange internal training for the staff and external training for partner/customers. - Assist partners when realizing big projects. - On-site visits during important deliveries (e.g. beginning for construction of a solar park). - Handle customer complaints/claims. - Help build trust during the sales process. - Present new developments to partners/customers and internal staff. - Prepare technical documentations (for marketing purpose also). - Serve as the link to R&D and technical department in China.
Requirements
- If possible experience in PV industry for at least 3 years. - Flexible in traveling. - Team-player. - Open-minded and interested in new developments
