    We are Head Hunting for a SERVICE SALES MANAGER ITALY. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di assicurare l’efficienza degli impianti eolici, realizzando le attività ordinarie e straordinarie di manutenzione.

    POSITION: SERVICE Sales Manager
    DIVISION: Service Operations & Maintenance
    REPORTING TO: Sales Director
    REGION OF ACTIVITIES: SERVICE Global matrix
    LOCATION: Rome

    MISSION: SERVICE FRAMEWORK TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF OUTSTANDING SERVICE
    QUALITY STANDARDS
    · Service O&M BU transition: from operating within a warranty-prescribed framework to operations deriving profitable revenue through a Service-based approach, including value-add service related Sales and a proactive approach.
    · Influence the customer segment to an appreciation of the value of full Service offerings. Sold the benefits of service contracts to the segment’s insurance companies as the ultimate arbiters of the value/risk equation and trusted advisors to the customers’ financiers.
    · Strong Customer Service: Focus on delivery

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES OF SERVICE & AVAILABILITY CONTRACTS
    · Bridging the gap between Engineering, Sales and Senior Management: bringing credibility to negotiations (technical + commercial acumen)
    · Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities
    · Developing and increasing department headcount through providing justified growth of market and project profitability.
    · Service Sales plans and Profit targets: Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
    · Negotiate through to completion, complex high value contracts with large utilities, oil & gas companies and major developers.
    · Calculate accurate service fees to ensure contract performance.
    · Lead a team of Service Proposals Engineers to guarantee tenders and contracts are produced to the highest possible standards.
    · Assist in the development of long term Service programmes and concepts.
    · Provide expert knowledge and advice to the Service Management team regarding the legal, technical and commercial elements of Service contracts.
    · Ensure that the commercial an technical requirements are agreed in the best interests of the business and the customer.
