Senior Fund Manager and Partner, SUSI Energy Efficiency Fund
SUSI Partners AG is a Swiss fund advisory with headquarters in downtown Zürich. We invest via LUX-GP structured (SICAV/SIF) vehicles in sustainable infrastructure projects.

We offer a unique opportunity for an aspiring and experienced financial professional to become Founding Partner of our new SUSI Energy Efficiency Fund, which we currently are preparing to launch. The new Fund will invest in energy saving retrofits in commercial buildings and public infrastructure across Switzerland, Germany and Europe. In a second step, we aim for global leadership in energy efficiency financing. For the successful launch of this novel fund, we seek an experienced and proven entrepreneurial individual who can leverage his or her fund management insight and fundraising ability with uncapped upside potential.

The position would entail the following key responsibilities:
• Act as principle in the successful launch of the SUSI Energy Efficiency Fund
• Target investment prospects and business allies
• Maintain and develop investor relations
• Direct a team of associates and analysts in identifying projects
• Due diligence and execution of transactions
• Develop marketing and fundraising strategies
• Work with Partners and Board of Advisors in fostering the firm’s image
• Bring new ideas to the table

Candidates fulfilling the following criteria will only be considered:
• 7+ years’ experience in transactions and private equity deals in the real estate, infrastructure or cleantech industry
• Interest and passion for private equity/project finance with a focus on energy efficiency investments
• Adept understanding of European investor base
• Master from top university
• Required fluency in German and English, other European languages skills a plus
• Strong personal drive (self-motivated), example of initiative/ entrepreneurialism
• Demonstrate upmost commitment - long-term orientation

As a Fund Manager and Founding Partner, you will be presented the unique opportunity to participate in the new Fund Managing Company. Remuneration includes a base salary, shares of the new fund management company and uncapped performance linked bonuses.
