  PPP-projects in South America

  due to my quite good and long relations to some regions in South America projects once in a while projects get to my desk, this time a PPP-power project, where a state owned company (power distribution and generation) is looking for a partner to revamp their power generation facilities (most of it hydro) with an outside partner based on PPP model, where the partner stays as long as the agreement runs until repayment is done.
  
  Any ideas from you CleanTechies who to approach for such a business ?
