    Dear Fellow CleanTechies,

    It's been over 18 months since the U.S. government passed the stimulus bill ( http://blog.cleantechies.com/2009/02/19/climate-change-the-s... ) and decided to spend $31B on cleantech grants and loan guarantees. A year ago, David Gold with Access Venture Partners thought that the measure wasn't very stimulating. Now he takes a fresh look ( http://blog.cleantechies.com/2010/09/20/cleantech-stimulus-s... ). With only 23% of the appropriated funds paid out, his assessment isn't positive. He fears much of the grants and loans will turn out to be a waste of money. Do you agree?
