The main functions of CFON are to:
1. discuss how to incorporate and dissolve limited companies;
2. discuss and examine company information delivered under the Companies Act and related legislation; and
3. make this information available to the public.

The formation of an offshore company is of major importance to businessmen and experienced company incorporation professionals have designed their service to reflect that. The CFON will provide members with assistance throughout every step of the formation process. However the service does not stop there. The CFON will give members assistance or advice from the moment they choose to incorporate the company and as for long after incorporation as they require. The members of the CFON will help each other with difficult topics. Other topics that will be discussed are the jurisdiction to choose, nominees, and bank accounts.
