Composers Forum

The purpose of the Composers Forum is to create a diverse exchange between composers, teachers, performers, songwriters, conductors, students and amateur musicians. What are performers looking for in new music? What links can one follow to listen to pieces recently composed? What might schools need in the classroom which inspire learning and touch upon areas of interaction? Are there conductors looking for new pieces to perform with their ensembles? Theaters in need of new musicals? What software are composers using for notation? What are they doing with their music once they've written it (uploading it to Sibelius Music or Finale Showcase)? Join up and let's encourage each other's compositional aspirations with a healthy, friendly and productive exchange.
