The Opportunity:
The company currently has an opening for a Technical Training Manager. This individual will lead all decisive measures of the Product Training efforts in Europe, with heavy emphasis on progressive curriculum training of employees, customers/partners, etc. Our client offers a fantastic opportunity to work with subject-matter experts across the company to strategically focus on the message the company sends to the European client base.
Base: 60,000-80,000 Euros

Primary Responsibilities:
As a key member of the training team, the purpose of this position is to build and design the curriculum for employees and partners.
Additional Responsibilities:
*Be an expert on the platform
*Design materials for classroom and online courses to help customers and partners become certified
*Build code samples and workflow configurations
*Manage the training budget for Europe
Skills:
*Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize efforts
*Self-motivation and creativity
*Ability to meet deadlines
*Excellent written and verbal skills
Education and Experience Required:
*Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
*MINIMUM 5+ years in curriculum development
*experience in eLearning tools
*FLUENT in German and English
