    Once again Business Game Factory is arrening the world’s largest web based business game tournament. Teams from more than 50 countries have already confirmed their participation to the event.

    BGF program is a high impact delivery tool with a competitive aspect; however learning is at the core of the program’s concept. The element of real and relevant competition makes the whole experience more exciting, and raises the level of motivation. These elements have a direct impact correlation on the realized learning results. The role of participants is to assume the management responsibility of a simulated global company with thousands of employees, competing in a global market, with profit as an orientation and market leaders as an objective. Everything is done through internet so no traveling is required.

    The game takes place through the Internet, so there are no absolute limits of time and place. The training consists of five game rounds, each requiring 2-4 hours every 2 weeks. Total length is 10 weeks.
