Job Description
The position of Intern Corporate Affairs reports to the European Corporate Affairs Manager, based in Munich/Germany. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting to the EMEA Corporate Affairs Manager and the related Team in the following main areas:
- Supporting the EMEA wide Volunteering activities and working with internal, local and international stakeholders. Organizing and documenting the EMEA Volunteering activities
- Working with Corporate Teams in collecting proof points for CSR and Education activities
- Supporting the Web Page Development team for up to date European Corp. Affairs Web Pages
- Creating internal and external Communication Material based on events and program news: Collecting inputs, judging, refining and working with the Corp. Team and agencies to get them published
- Maintaining European Events Database, establish tracking system and ensuring correct internal and external reporting
- Developing internal (Newsletters, Yearbooks, Statistics) communication material
Qualifications
You must be a student currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in marketing, economics or any other relevant course of study. Ideally, you should be available for a 12 month commitment for this internship (minimum 6 months). Additional qualifications include:
- Proven Communication skills and understanding of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) concepts
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Efficiency with all MS Office* Tools, in usage and development of tools
- Excellent and proven project management skills and tolerance of ambiguity, attention to details
- Capability to work to tight deadlines and within flexible hours
