Description
Accenture is a sustainability of the major strategic issues. Both for us as a company, as well as the services we offer to our customers, sustainability is high on the agenda. Recently Accenture has a new practice, Sustainability Services, launched the current service in this area more force to. This Center of Expertise supports the internal organization to develop, sell and implement advisory services in the area of sustainability. Furthermore, they provide Subject Matter Expertise on projects.
Within the practice, you are responsible for improving the performance of our customers in the area of performance management. You support our clients in developing a sustainability strategy, developing and measurability of targets and reporting data about CO2, energy, water and waste. You work in Sustainability Services closely with other experts, eg in terms of sustainability strategy, supply chain, organization and talent development. Within the wider Accenture organization you work well together with our experts and Enterprise Performance Management with our client. You are also the main link with our international experts.
You are pro-active in maintaining and expanding the expertise within your field. You will be working on the development and implementation of the Sustainability Services practice. In addition, send and Business Analysts and Consultants support your project teams. Also, you will contribute in the commercial process.

Place in the organization
The role of sustainability is increasingly important on the agenda of the CFO. Legislation and regulations (eg the introduction of the Emission Trading Schemes, more stringent reporting requirements about CO2, carbon taxes) shall also ensure that the CFO (in addition to the sustainability officer) and increasing role to play in the sustainability agenda.
Accenture supports Sustainability Services to financial professionals and Sustainability officers worldwide to optimize this agenda to fill. We support the sustainability officers and CFOs in various industries and markets.

Qualifications:
Completed university (financial) training;
Approx. 5 years experience with sustainability performance management;
Experience with reporting processes around sustainability and initiatives like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP);
Experience in project work, preferably gained within a consultancy organization;
Experience in developing a sales pipeline and sales projects;
Entrepreneurial character, able to work independently and a new organizational unit shaping.
Fluency in Dutch and English verbal and written;
