    Nano-Composite materials for divers markets
    Hello everyone

    My name is M.Ferhat Dag and working for Temperman Bvba based in Belgium. Temperman Bvba is the exclusive distrubutor of Europe, Middle East and Asia regarding RP Tempering™ Nano-Composite Technologies.

    RP Tempering™ is the combination of nano composite materials and engineered layering techniques which is used to further increase mechanical, thermal, electrical and chemical properties of Rapid Prototyping, Direct Digital Manufacturing, thermoplastics as well as glass fiber and carbon fiber parts.

    Below is the list of some our products;

    Composite Tempering(C);
    Composite Tempering© reduces vibration signature in lower Hz frequencies and redirects stress within a controlled range. Testing shows tempered samples have 72% less chance of a catastrophic break vs non tempred samples. Hot-melt (prepreg) type layups are suitable for Composite Tempering™ regardless of complex geometry.

    InsulTemp(C)
    New generation nano powered electrical insulation technology. Insulating electricity is critical for application success and safety at both high and low voltage applications. The insulating material must have excellent dielectric properties as well as mechanically sound and have high abrasion and impact resistance. InsulTemp© is a monomer blend synthetic rubber that can be applied on almost any surface.

    MarineTemp(C)
    Nano advanced viscoelastic membrane avoids water leak in fiberglass boat crashes of up to medium size. Multi wall carbon nano tubes ensure great tear and abrasion resistance. The material is a natural vibration absorber and decreases unwanted sounds created due to vibration. It is also resistant against flames and many chemicals.

    SoundLess(C)
    SoundLess© is a liquid compound applicable to almost any surfaces; concrete, drywall, plaster, plywood panels, fabrics to name a few. Surface geometry independent. Its vibration dampening features help building reduce rattling sounds. It can be used as the only sound absorbing structure or use on existing sound isolation solution for increased performance.

    This unique and new technologies have any competitors in their own market.
