  Internal Sales Representative (f/m) Middle East – Dubai, UAE

  We look for an
  
  
  Internal Sales Representative (f/m)
  for the Safety division in our regional Head Office in Dubai, U.A.E
  
  
  You will be the first point of contact for our customers; you will communicate with them in writing and over the telephone. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation and follow up of quotations, the complaint management, order processing as well as the data administration. In addition, you will provide sales support when it comes to the preparation of trade shows, events and customer visits.
  
  Your know-how is demanded! You underwent a commercial apprenticeship training (i.e. Industriekauffrau/-mann) or have gained comparable knowledge of an equivalent combination of education and experience. Moreover, you have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the Export department of a multinational company. In addition, you have a broad understanding of the Arabic culture and you are familiar with working with a Middle East customer base. Strong oral and written communication skills in English are as relevant as profound IT knowledge in SAP, MS Office and excellent general computer skills. Desirably, you speak a second foreign language, i.e. Arabic.
