As you already may have read in the news, last Friday the DII GmbH was launched officially in Munich.
This is a significant step on the way to put the DESERTEC Concept into reality. The focus of the DII will be the economic and the legal preconditions for power from the deserts within EUMENA Region. Please find more details about the founding here

Now that things move forward we would be glad to create a bit more activity in our forum. We are sure, that there are many questions and ideas about the DESERTEC concept. Please feel free to discuss them with the other forum members.
