    Spain-based realtor dealing internationally with R/E objects for investors and luxury homes
    Hello everybody,

    I am Francisco (Paco) González Aragón from Spain.

    In my 40 years I have been working as CEO for more than 17 years. Although I began my business journey in the consumer goods industry, throughout my entire professional career I have always kept in close touch and felt strongly attracted by the real estate sector.

    As soon as I had the opportunity, I decided to leave the consumer goods industry to set up and set in motion a real estate services company leading in its area of operation and in their speciality, to find residential urban plots for more than 1,300 property developers to whom we regularly offer our updated product portfolio through a newsletter.

    In all these years I have gathered an important wealth of experience, knowledge and contacts in the Spanish real estate market enriched with the benefit of the transversity, because I have always endeavoured to seize the opportunity to deal and get to understand all participants in the real estate market: investors, developers, agents, end users, etc.

    The new scene opened by the global financial crisis forces all industry professionals to accept that from now on survival, prosperity and success in the industry will come very largely determined by the acceptance and rapid adaptation to two key and unavoidable forces: the cooperation and the internationalization.

    Thus, at present I keep on dealing in the R/E brokerage activity, but I now deal with properties of all typologies and aiming at the international R/E markets. In fact I am focused on properties for international R/E investors and on luxury properties.

    I already have in my property portfolio R/E objects clearly oriented to high investment power R/E investors and high purchasing power private individuals: industrial, logistic, retail, hotels, old people's homes, distressed properties, etc for R/E fund managers, investment banks and other R/E investors and exclusive palaces, mansions, villas, etc.
