    Bulgarian – Italian joint stock company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) pipes seeks external financing in the amount of EUR 3,600,000. The funds shall be used primarily for the expansion of the existing production plant and the construction of an adjacent infrastructure, as well as for the purchase of additional computer technology, means of transportation and other inventory.

    The company as:

    • a leading position in the fabrication and delivery of smooth pipes;
    • Iong-term relations with prominent clients, some of which are traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange;
    • sales of over 1.3 mln euro;

    In the next 5 years, stable growth in terms of demand for PE and PP pipes for the needs of the sewerage, water- and gas-supplying networks, as well as refining stations in the country is expected;

    Bulgaria is planned to receive over EUR 1 billion for the period 2007-2013 which will allow for the construction and / or renovation of the above-described networks, which are currently almost non-existent or strongly amortized;
