    BICA (http://www.bica-bg.com), a professional investment advisory, working in Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania, invites you to an investment roadshow in Macedonia, the first of a series of events that explore Europe’s next emerging real estate markets. It will take place on November 27 - 30 in Skopje (the capital) and Ohrid, the UNESCO jewel.

    The delegates will meet key government and municipal officials, executive management representatives of Macedonia’s largest banks, and top local businessmen. The trip continues with onsite visits to Skopje’s hottest real estate projects, including hotels, office developments, and retail centers.

    Next stop is the beautiful Ohrid, known as the Jerusalem of the Balkans. Further to the onsite visits of projects, delegates will enjoy a boat trip on the Ohrid Lake, second famous to the Baikal Lake, as well as the opportunity to visit any of the 365 churches and network with the other participants during a closing cocktail at the lakeshore.

    Each delegate will receive:
    • A personal copy of a comprehensive up-to-date market study on Macedonia’s real estate industry;
    • Detailed descriptions including key financials and owners’ contacts on all visited projects;
    • Satisfaction;

    Comfortable logistics and the nature of the meetings limit the number of participants to 20.
