Group newsletter: Renewable Energy Fund Seeking to Acquire Projects in Bulgaria
We are seeking to acquire fully-permitted solar, wind and hydro power projects in Bulgaria, at least 1 MW(p) of size that have all the necessary permits and contracts (at least a construction permit and a preliminary grid connection contract / final one) in place or are in the process of construction but NOT completed / operational.

Please bear in mind that we are not brokers – BICA is currently in the management of a RENEWABLE ENERGY FUND focused ONLY on Bulgaria.

By February 16, 2011 latest, please send the relevant information in the form of a teaser or project summary including the minimum outlined in Points 1-12 below to stilyana.kandjeva@bica-bg.com

2. Location
3. Size
4. Total expected yearly production
5. Annual yield / wind velocity / net head
6. List of all plans, sketches, permits, contracts, statements and other documents already obtained inclusive of their respective issuance dates and validity
7. Exact geographical coordinates
8. Total area and number of land plots
9. Estimated utility level / working hours per year, water source and water intake point for HPPs
10. Grid connection point
11. Climate data (average min and max yearly temperatures, etc.)
12. Asking price (EUR)
13. Additional information
