  Considering the current economic times, where most business units should and do focus on optimizing the operational environment in view of effectively allocating scarce financial resources on income-generating activities, as well as, on the other hand, lowering efficiently the demands of the cost-center processes in an organization, has your company considered outsourcing facility management and maintenance activities to an outside professional company such that may provide them with own employees?
  
  Note: Facility management is a field devoted to effectively and efficiently running the processes for the optimal care of buildings, including but not limited to technical maintenance, cleaning services, security services, operating reception, waste management, energy supply management, gardening, catering, property management, fleet management, etc
