one of my clients is selling an excellent plot with an industrial building built on it. Parameters are:
Plot: 20,000 sq.m.
Area of the building: 10,000 sq.m. (2 floors of 5,000 sq.m.)
Location: on the main road Sofia-Burgas, just outside Stara Zagora
Details: has infrastructure for manufacturing facilities, as it is the former factory for fertilizers and nitrogen.
Price: 1,800,000 EUR (as per independent valuation but can go down to 1,5m EUR)

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE
There is an interest for purchase of ready-made Real Estates from an international organization, to which Tailored Solutions Management Ltd. is a consultant for their residential and hotel project in Bulgaria.
They have strong cash position, but would like to develop the project with partners. So the opportunity they offer is the following: purchase of a ready-made yielding assets (office, retail, industrial buildings) throughout Bulgaria, however, with the clause a part of the sum of the money the owners to redirect to their project.
Everything is negotiable. This is a new scheme to finance project of a large size in Real Estate and they have practiced it for over a month and half successfully with their projects around the world. Currently, we shall work with them how this shall be applied in Bulgaria.
