    MSN is urgently looking for a Junior Technical Account Manager (Online Marketing)
    Role Purpose

    MSN is looking for a highly-motivated Technical Account Coordinator who wants to be part of a world-class service organization. The Display Media Operations Team is responsible for the execution of advertising campaigns for MSN’s most strategic clients. As a TAC, you will Support the Technical Account manager and also work with cross-functional teams to solve client problems, improve processes, and influence platform development. Finally, you will be joining a smart team focused on achieving amazing results and working together to drive value for our clients.

    Key Accountabilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Supporting the successful launch of advertising campaigns on the MSN network
    • Interface indirectly with strategic clients to receive, test, and implement advertiser creative
    • Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues and advise management as to revenue risk
    • Drive resolution of escalated client technical issues
    • Ensure quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures
    • Review contracts for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance ensuring the existence of appropriate controls
    • Coordinate with team members to manage daily team workload


    Key Success Criteria


    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    1) Essential Experience
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
    • 12 months working in a service organization preferred
    • 1 year online advertising experience strongly preferred


    2) Technical /Functional Skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and HTML required
    • Working knowledge of online advertising technologies required (Flash, JavaScript, DHTML, Streaming Video, etc)

    • Native German, or ability to speak German fluently
