  MITBEWOHNER GESUCHT! GERNE AUSTAUSCHSTUDENT/IN FUER ZEITRAUM SEPT-MAERZ

  We have a room to let in a lovely house with a lot of character situated in Phibsboro (Dublin 7), a beautiful and quiet residential area close to local amenities like Tesco, banks, post office and other shops. The area is served by several buses and it takes about 15 mins to get into town. The house consists of three fully furnished bedrooms, a living room, dining room (can be used as a study), kitchen and bathroom. The third room can be used as a guest room or as extra storage space. We have all the usual domestic utilities as well as high speed wireless internet access. There is a large rear garden which does not face on to any houses. At the moment there are three people living in the house (one of which will obviously be moving out shortly), Joe and myself, Anna. We are both easy going people and enjoy the theatre, cinema and art, as well as going out with friends.
  The room available is a double room with plenty of wardrobe space and will be free from late August/ September. . It is a good place to come back to after work and feel at home. Rent is 450.- excluding bills.
