Welcome to the XING Durban Group.
The XING Durban group was launched in May 2011 and is associated to the "XING Ambassador Cape Town Group" and the "XING Johannesburg Group", together these three groups form the "South Africa Social & Business Network".
The "South Africa Social & Business Network" was founded in 2007 by Claus Lauter, Marketing Director of Intergate Immigration Service, and has established itself as the most successful business network in South Africa, and for expats.
The network provides as platform for members, who are living in, moving to, or are interested in South Africa, to interact, and offers an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences, as well as open up business opportunities.
Joining the group will allow members to create and foster business and social relationships in Durban and KZN within a relaxed context, as well as with the Cape Town and Johannesburg groups.
More than 3.500 people have joined the network, and monthly meetings are held in each respective city, where members can socialise and talk business.
As a member of our group you will have the opportunity to enjoy and take part in exclusive monthly events, where you will meet interesting people, be offered presentations from professionals as well as have a chance to present yourself. All in a relaxed atmosphere.
It is our aim to continue to be an active and vibrant network, and as a result rely on our members to be the driving force behind the success of each XING group.
Being an active member means attending our events and actively networking with others. It can also include giving a brief presentation about yourself or your business.
Everyone is invited to take part in our “Live Networking Events” and we are more than happy to welcome your friends and/or business partners.
Our networking events strive to take place once a month in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg, and suggestions for venues are always welcome.
