Cinegy is recruiting for a Technical Pre-Sales Executive
Cinegy GmbH is looking to recruit a Technical Pre-Sales Executive for its Munich-based headquarters. We are looking for someone to work closely with our sales team and customers, in offering technical advice in the deployment of our software solutions. Our customers are based all over the world, and we are looking for a professional individual who is able to be customer-facing, confident and competent. This role will give the candidate the opportunity to work globally, with a lot of scope to grow in many directions. As most of the tasks will need to be performed in English, mastery of written and spoken English is a must.
Your tasks will involve:
- Giving technical advice to end-customers and our sales partners
- Offering technical configurations
- Solution design
- Working on tenders, RFPs, RFIs
- Ability to give customer training on how to use our products
Optionally:
- Technical writing such as white papers
- Technical presentations
You should ideally have:
- IT knowledge
- Excellent Windows OS knowledge (client and server)
- Extensive knowledge about IT networking
- Excellent English
- Other languages a bonus
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills with ability to multi-task

Cinegy is recruiting for a Team Assistant, Munich
Cinegy GmbH is looking to recruit a Team Assistant for its Munich-based headquarters. We are looking for someone to work with our sales team and offer organizational support to the office in general. Our customers are based all over the world, and we are looking for a professional individual who is ready for a challenging position. This could be an interesting role for someone who has some office experience and is looking for an entry point into marketing, sales or even technical positions in our expanding team. So we are looking for someone to bring that bit extra to the team. You will also be working closely with the managing directors.
Your tasks will involve:
- Independently carrying out of general secretarial tasks, such as answering the telephone, replying to correspondence in English and German
- Planning and organization of meetings and travel
- Organizing and maintaining our database with information, contacts and so on
- Organizing deliveries
- Actively corresponding with sales partners
- Assisting sales team with preparing documents, quotes, information as required
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Assisting in organizing events and marketing-related activities such as trade shows
- Assisting in preparing expense reports
- Liaising with suppliers
Optionally:
- Bookkeeping tasks
- Preparation of salary, insurances and tax information
You should ideally have:
- Office experience
- Sales / marketing experience.
- Excellent knowledge of English and / or
- Excellent knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills with ability to multi-task
- Other languages a bonus
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience with Lexware is a bonus.
