  Innovation is discussed everywhere and is playing an important role in our society. I found an interesting e-government project under http://www.youtube.com/bayern where you can write until 20. February your personal question to the Bavarian prime minister Horst Seehofer. He will answer the best voted ones. I think it s incredible good best-practice example.
