  It's that time of the year in Zürich again, the Bahnhofstrasse is overcrowded well into the evening, most people wish is was snowing instead of raining... expectant faces carrying large branded shopping bags, the Heilsarmee musicians playing badly rehearsed tunes (I think most folk that donate actually just want them to stop playing...)

  It all depends on the context and the clients requirements / budget / speed of delivery request. As we are relatively small and growing fast (currently 20+ consultants/resources) we are in the lucky position to offer multiple approaches/solutions that are aimed at resolving our business partners "business pain" in a solution/alignment that is very flexible and bespoke.
  Through the combined experience of the Business Unit Managers and their wide network we can draw on existing relationships for 100% offshore solutions as well as backshored solutions.
  Key in this current time in Switzerland is flexibility, speed of response and a high standard of service delivery. I would never say that price is primary but rather that realistic and actual delivery is king!

  so true . we are building our company with the philosophy of being a good delivery company. and thats what we feel will create value for our customers.
  
  In current scenario there is a lot of business flowing around and everyone wants to invest in technology so the company who can deliver will win.
