  Hello everybody
  I'm Alexandre and I work with IT outsourcing contracts at IBM Brazil since 1995. First as a programmer, then as system analyst and project manager. I am PMP and ITIL Service Manager certified. I have a profound interest in IT outsourcing issues and that's why I joind this group. I hope we can share experiences and knowledge about it.
