  Hi Everyone
  
  My name is Nick Simpson, I live in West London, and work for Skanska which is a large international Construction Group.
  
  My job is to look after CAD and design activities within Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil, the Building Services section of Skanska U.K. By CAD I mean 2D drafting and 3D modelling using the AutoCAD suite of products, along with CADDuct and Navisworks Jetstream.
  
  I have been involved with outsourcing for some time now, and at my previous firm I personally set up a drawing office in Chennai, India. This involved interviewing staff, establishing data exchange/colaboration protocols, and billing systems. I learnt a lot from that experience, which I am now applying at Skanska, working closely with a firm in Mumbai.
  
  I am keen to learn and share all that this exciting way of working has to offer.
