    Catriona: A Celebration Of A Life Well Lived
    Dear Friend,

    Today is the birthday of my Sister Catriona.( 1953-2005)

    In life one of the great joys is honouring those who by the way they lived their life,
    inspire us to be more of our ‘true selves’.

    Through their love , courage and example, they bring joy and nurture to those around them.
    They show us how to be happy in the moment, regardless of situation.

    Helping us to learn “The Art Of Giving”….without expectation of return, to be empathic…
    .. with all suffering Humanity…..with all of life.

    My sister was such a light… in my life, and many others.
