  As a natural-born Filipino resident of the Philippines; well-traveled around the Philippine Countryside prior to my emergency Heart Operation; Senior Citizen (65 yrs old) survivor of a quadruple Heart By-pass 6 years ago; mentor of Filipino Youth planning their career in life; nature lover & gardener; Jesuit-educated in Politics and in Business; I now would like to be a Freelance Writer detailing my advocacy for Good Governance, for Seniors' Welfare, for Clean Environment, for In-Country Countryside Travel, for goal-oriented Education, for good Family Life.
  
  As a Businessman starting off as a career Sales & Marketing executive with Unilever Phils Inc & other MNCs thereafter and having completed my postgraduate study (Masters in Business Administration, Ateneo MBA - Senior Executive Program); I founded &/or envisioned select SMEs as follows: "ALTERBUYER" - a Manila-based Buying Office, representing foreign Buyer-Principals, sourcing Philippine HandiCrafts & Furniture originating from the Port-of-Manila; "ABACRAFTS Mfg" - a cottage-level rural-based handloom operation converting Philippine indigenous fibers (Abaca & Raffia) into fashion fabrics; "DentaManila Labworks" - a Manila-based dental laboratory specializing in customized Crown & Bridge Dental Prosthetics; "Seniors' NuHomes" - a Homes-for-the-Elderly in select neighborhoods in Metro Manila accommodating Filipino Seniors mostly left alone in their respective homes & Foreigners wanting to retire & expire in tropical Philippines; "Environs & Energy Solutions Inc" - a systems integrator of Filipino & Foreign technologies relative to Waste-to-Energy & to Fuel Conversions projects shifting from Fossil Fuel to Renewable Energy; "CyberWorks Manila" - a neighborhood-based Internet Cafe now undergoing a change in Business Model from that of an e-Gaming Fun Center to that of a Study-Work Center; "AsiaManila Consulting" - a multi-national, multi-discipline partnership among Manila-based professional specialists providing Research & Advisory services. I consult for Filipino Start-ups & SMEs venturing into Exports - and for Foreign Entrepreneurs wanting to do business in the Philippines. Not counting others, my American Partner consults for the Philippine Energy Sector - apart from advocating use of Renewable Energy wherever technically & economically feasible.
